Pop the outer tie rod end loose and remove it from the steering rack. Then you can get either a special (very deep socket) or use a 1 3/16'' offset wrench to unscrew the inner tie rod from the steering rack. Then reverse the order and have the alignment checked as your toe-in will be off.
