sound like it could be a bushing problem you have several bushings under the front, if your sure the noise is coming from the front here are some possible cause's . control arm bushings the sway bar links and the swar bar bushing also the shock's have bushing's . have a machanic spray some good lub on these's bushings, also us some greese in this bushings sometime's the bushing's get dry and need lubed, good luck!!How do I get my 2000 Chevy Blazer to stop Squeaking?

get a can of silicone spray and spray to excess the bushings on the sway bar and the bushings on the springsHow do I get my 2000 Chevy Blazer to stop Squeaking?
Replace all suspension bushings with polyurethane bushings. My two 1988 Fiero GT does that and I replaced all bushings on both cars, it stops squeaking.

Best of Luck!
